The business was founded in 1987; with the goal being to serve the growing business needs of the rural Western North Carolina and the Eastern Tennessee communities. BMS offers the latest in computer technologies, accounting software, advanced marketing procedures, and practical business management techniques.
BMS proudly serves the Counties of Allegany,
Ashe, and Watauga in North Carolina plus Johnson County, Tennessee.
BMS has been successfully serving both the small to midsize business

BMS was original known as Market Management Incorporated (mmi).
In 1998 the name was changed to Business Management Systems to
accurately reflect our mission statement:
"To provide our customers a competitive advantage through the implementation of superior business tools including; Microsoft based servers and standalone workstations, software, offsite storage, Internet applications, accounting systems, marketing, and training, plus post-sales support that is the envy of the competition."
